BARCELONA HAVE AGREED TO SIGN 20-YEAR-OLD DORTMUND TALENTED FORWARD OUSMANE DEMBELE.

Barcelona have agreed a deal to sign Borusia Dortmund young star Ousmane Dembele following talks in Monaco according [Sky Sports].
