COUTINHO TO BARCELONA [TERMS AGREED]

Barca has already bid [90mpds] plus other packages for the Liverpool star-man.

A report from SUN this morning claiming Barcelona believe they havev Phillippe Coutinho in the bag and are confident of landing the Liverpool forward thisweek.
